Abstract

The social researcher is usually interested in every thing considered as a social phenomenon which is one of its principal qualities is the subdue. This matter occurred by the substitute markers and the housing estates in Mosul city which were invaded by them, when the houses owners charged the gardens of their houses into commercial shops. This is called by the theoretical legacy of the urban sociology and the anthropological geography as the commercial invasion. This research is divided into an interdiction, four chapters. The title of the first chapter was methodological framework, the second chapter included the social conceptions as well as a theoretical preface, the title of the third chapter was: the owners of the commercial shops while the title of last chapter was the neighbors of the owners of the commercial shops then a conclusion followed by a list of the most important references used by the researcher.
