The present paper aims at finding suitable solutions for the most important factors that lead to psychological disturbances it includes chapters. The first one gives the methodology of the research Chapter two concentrates on the role of social techniques in solving social diseases. Finally, chapter three summarizes the results and presents some suqqestions and recommendation to treat the reasons of such diseases.
