The Arab Maghrib and the Necessity For Regional Gathering
Abstract
The Arab Maghrib owns all those geographical, historical, national, religious and economical features (elements) that lead to the unity. This necessity of this union today is imposed by the internal and external crises which the states of Maghrib suffer from; such as the crises of food especially strategic articles, the crises of borders, the question of Sahra, external (foreign) indebts, and the impressions of international economic unification. Therefor, the union of these states becomes a necessity nowadays
