Abstract

This analytical study focuses on clarifying the new developments in contemporary crime, and monitoring the reasons and encouraging factors that strengthened the relationship between organized crime gangs and organizations of administrative and financial corruption in various countries of the contemporary world, most notably globalization and commercial openness between different parts of the world, in addition to the emergence of modern technologies from systems Information and modern communications such as the Internet, not to mention the spread of materialism among the peoples of the world, and these factors have encouraged the emergence of a contemporary model of (white collar crimes) that includes transnational organized crimes consisting of an alliance of organized crime gangs with some corrupt political and economic regimes in the world. Such as drug crimes, human trafficking, arms smuggling and money laundering. The study included four sections, the first section dealt with the theoretical framework of the study, while in the second section we dealt with the elements of the common relationship between corruption and organized crime. Recommendations and suggestions. The results of the study revealed that organized crime gangs are working hard to motivate employees, senior politicians and economists to engage in organized corruption, which contributes to a wider spread of both crimes, and the development and diversity of methods and patterns of these crimes, which constitutes a very important danger at the international and national levels in all economic fields. social, political and security.
