The research's goal is to introduce woman reality between tradition and law; the researchers conducted the study relying on the historical approach through backing to the origin of the history for the subject. The researchers achieved several results, from these results are submission of the woman to the authority of the traditions which include family's authority beside the power and toughness of some traditions which highly related to women .These traditions are originated in social traditions and cultural traditions which effect on social personalization components .This situation makes it ignores the law rights and disability of taking any decision exclusive to it .
