Relics as a Symbol of Arab Identity in Pre-Islamic Poetry
Abstract
This research deals with the moment the poet undergoes meditating the relics as a symbol of the Arabic identity in the pre-islamic era . The prelude involves a brief account about the nature of the connection between the structure of the Arabic poem ( complete or varied in images and segments ) and the structure of the Arabic life ( the nomad ) in the desert , the place and the function of those relics in both structures as well , Then it goes deeper into the cultural , psychological , social , realistic dimensions of that moment .
