Elbert defines the features as perfect characteristics for the individual and not as a part of the observer's imagination. They refer to behavioral psychological real features specifying the person's behavior. They can be recognized only through observation and recognition. Some are central and basic whereas the others are marginal and useless. Undoubtedly, the character undergoes cultural pressure and its mixed effects which are available in all the parts of social and psychological life. The character emerges in a social-cultural environment. It is the result of a culture of a society and for certain environment and for a social life resulting from the reaction of many factors and various effects representing the duality of thought and reality in their argumentative and causing relation which depends on affect and effect so that we can easily understand the first through the second one and vice versa.
