Abstract
The current study investigates the reign of the Abbasid caliph Abu AL-Hassan Ali bin AL-Furat (241 -312 A.H / 855 -924 A.D ) is considered the most famous writer since the era of the caliph AL-Muetamid Ala Allah ( 256 279 Hij / 870 892A.D ) and during the era of the the caliph AL-Moktader Billah ( 295 320 Hij / 907 932 A.D ). He was greatly prominent when he assumed the post of the ministry for three times by which he established the caliphate of AL-Moktader billah through his honesty and his hardworking .
