Abstract

School curricula are not alone on what happening about social and cultural changes and influences as well as political events in the society where they transfer the culture and habits of certain society to the new generation ' . These curricula determine for each academic stage a combination of essential knowledge that should be learned by the pupils especially the first stage of the academic stages. The pupils join the primary stage what discriminates the school as a means of political developing from the others it is the compulsory means and is considered as the first formal institution that the person relates in his life so it is the first formal means of the political developing.
