In this research, I dealt with two important issues of the matter, namely: the significance of the pending order, provided that it requires repetition or not? And the significance of the succession of two things that are similar or heterogeneous, and the fundamentalists differed in each of them, and offered the choice of Al-Shirazi (may God Almighty have mercy on him), then mentioned the statements that the fundamentalists went to, then the evidence and its discussion, and the opinion of the humble researcher, then through these two issues a question in which they mentioned the gist of a dispute.
