The study aims at identifying the concept of open access to information and the scope of awareness of the faculty members in the Northern Technical University for this concept as well as identifying how to reach resources of open access to information. In addition, the study reveals the scope of faculty members' desire to write and publish their researches in periodicals that have sites for open access to information. The results show that the faculty members have great realization for the resources of open access to information. A large rato of them publish their researches in periodicals that have sites for open access to information.
