Abstract This critique aims to capture the poetic experience giving birth to Kas Bin Zuhair's "Burdah" which, at surface, seems Flirtation for Su'ad and a description of the camel, but in its reality and the unconscious of Kab constitutes an intensification of the difficult psychological experience lived by Ka'b wavering between his declaration of embracing Islam and his strong attachment to the pro-Islamic era
