Freedom of opinion and expression is the ability of a person to express his point of view through various means of expression and to express his opinion about the ruler's policy that benefits all human . And that the basis for permissible things unless it is forbidden by a text from the Quran or Sunnah, and there is nothing in the book or Sunnah that prevents a Muslim and non-Muslim from exercising his right to freedom of opinion, freedom of expression and freedom of knowledge. Islam has transformed this right into an obligation to reward one for doing and sinning to leave him God obliged the Muslim to enjoin good and forbid evil.
