Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the content of the book Islamic Education for the second intermediate grade in the middle and secondary schools on the left side of the city of Mosul from the point of view of the teachers of the material and its teachers. The research sample consisted of (50) teachers and school teachers of Islamic education in the middle and secondary schools of the Directorate General of Education in Nineveh Governorate. Through the use of previous studies, the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (50) paragraphs distributed over (4) On the number of experts. After the researcher applied the questionnaire reached the following results:* The quality standards of textbooks are not available in the Islamic Education Book for the second intermediate grade* The area is twice as big as the book in the goals and calendar* The field that has achieved the highest positive level of this book is the field of artistic output of the book.* The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including* The need to address and improve the book of Islamic education for the sec grade intermediate.* The need to take teachers' opinions when writing a book.
