Abstract

The prostration or al-Sujud represents the aim of invocation, submission, servitude and humility to Allah, and it is the way of prophets, Awliya and righteous people whom Allah have honored them, and they were lionized by the accompanying of the Prophet in the Paradise. As narrated by Rabiaah ibn Kab Al-Aslami: I used to serve the Messenger of Allah and spend all day aiding him and fulfilling his requests. He once said to me: O Rabeea ask me for anything you like and I will give it to you. I said: I ask for your companionship in Jannah. The Prophet said.: 'Any other request besides that, Rabia'ah?' 'No, O Messenger of Allah,.' 'Then, in that case, assist me for your sake by performing much prostration to Allah.
