The issue of obtainment weapons appeared in the Egyptian government in order to strengthen the army during the war of Palestine in 1948, in which the Egyptian army participated and needed weapons, and since then successive Egyptian governments have been working to obtain arms ,and hope to get them from western countries, and even after the outbreak of the revolution of July23, 1952 the leaders of the revolution went to western countries especially the United States of America to obtain weapons from them, but all these attempts have failed.
