Abstract

Al-Aqouli is one of the second century AH scholars born in the region of Dar Al-Aqoul Al-Baghdadiya, which was known by many scholars who carried the geographical title in their region and grew up in a family known for her passion for science and knowledge. Their time in Shafi'i school. Al-Aqouli's scientific efforts have resulted in the accomplishment of nearly a dozen authors. He has tried to provide us with a brief and concise historical presentation of the holiest cities of Muslims (Mecca and Medina) in his book (Arif Al-Tayeb in the news of Mecca and Medina). This field of modernists and historians such as Azraqi (D. 223 AH) and Ibn al-Atheer al-Jazari (D. 606 AH) His scientific fame brought him to the court of the state was close to Sultan Ahmed bin Owis and regret him, and fled with him to Egypt when Tamerlane attacked Baghdad in (795 AH) and when the situation stabilized in Baghdad returned to it and died in the year (797 AH). The aim of this research is to identify this scientific personality and display it on the arena of scientific research (historical) and access to his writings so that researchers can see and study.
