During the last decade, Iraqi society has witnessed interesting social and economic conditions, one of the most prominent features of which is the social change that has occurred in the pattern of social behavior. This is what actually happened in Iraqi society as it was subjected to an exceptional circumstance that has no precedent in modern history. This is the imposition of an economic and cultural blockade by imperialist circles because of Iraqs principled stance towards the cause of the nation.
