It is not hidden that marriage is a major human relationship in the life of society, and the legislator must strive to provide successful solutions in all its stages in order for the proper social construction to take place and there is no doubt that these solutions should not deny the correct essence in the norms on which the society is being conducted, and the incorrect sides should be excluded and Not useful in existing traditions.
This research aimed to study the legal problems of marriage in the Iraqi countryside, and was confined to the countryside of Nineveh, because the researcher had informed this country closely and knew his problems in marital relations closely.
The research excluded consideration of these problems in the city because it is a constantly evolving environment other than the countryside, which is less developed or slower in progress to civilized life, and because the researcher does not want his research to be branched or distributed in more than one field, that the issue of marriage revolves in three circles affected by it and we draw Here it is: First:
