Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Submission and Review Process

  1. Submission: Authors must submit their manuscripts through the official journal platform.

  2. Initial Check: An editorial team member verifies whether the manuscript adheres to the journal’s template and submission requirements. This stage does not evaluate the scientific quality of the work.

  3. Editor-in-Chief Evaluation: The Editor-in-Chief reviews the manuscript to ensure it aligns with the journal's scope. If it falls outside the journal’s subject areas, the manuscript is rejected without peer review.

  4. Plagiarism Screening: The manuscript is screened using Turnitin to check for originality. Manuscripts with a similarity index below 20% proceed to peer review; otherwise, they are rejected.

  5. Reviewer Invitation: The Editor-in-Chief invites qualified reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. Typically, two reviewers are contacted and expected to respond within a specified timeframe.

  6. Reviewer Response: Reviewers assess the abstract, consider their expertise, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting or declining the invitation.

  7. Peer Review: Reviewers carefully read the manuscript—initially for an overall impression and then multiple times to evaluate its quality. They submit a detailed report with a recommendation: acceptance, revision (major or minor), or rejection.

  8. Editor-in-Chief Decision: The Editor-in-Chief reviews all evaluation reports. In case of significant disagreement among reviewers, a third expert may be consulted before a final decision is made.

  9. Initial Decision: The Editor-in-Chief shares the anonymous reviewer reports with the author and requests revisions as necessary.

  10. Revised Submission: The author must respond to reviewer comments and resubmit the revised manuscript accordingly.

  11. Final Decision: If accepted, the author is required to pay a publication fee. The manuscript is then sent to layout editing and scheduled for publication.
