Factors of Raising the Educational Level of the Students of the College of Education from their Lecturers’ Points of Views in the light of Some Variables
Abstract
The research aimed to identify factors to raise the attainment of students of education colleges from the point of view of their teaching in the light of some variables, and the research sample formed from (210) Teaching and teaching staff members who are permanent owners at the faculties of education at Mosul University for the academic year (2021-2022), selected at random from the departments of pure and human education faculties, to achieve the objective of the research and to not provide a ready scale to the extent of the researchers' knowledge, a measure of the factors for raising the attainment of students of education colleges by six basic factors, including paragraphs by the nature of each worker and becoming a final component of (41) A paragraph followed by five alternatives, and after presenting the instrument to a panel of arbitrators to ascertain its suitability, the researchers verified its honesty and consistency and its final form became a component of (34) A paragraph, after which the measure was applied to the individuals of the research sample, and after the collection and statistical analysis of the data, the researchers reached the following findings:1. Agreement in the views of the faculty of education faculty members that all factors are important and necessary to raise the level of students' achievement and cannot be dispensed with both in general.2. The different views of faculty of education faculty members on the factors of raising students' achievement according to gender variables (male, female), specialization (scientific, humanitarian) and service (five years old, less than five years old).3.There is no difference of statistical function at an indicative level (0.05) in the factors of raising students' achievement from the point of view of teaching staff according to gender variables (male, female), specialization (scientific, humanitarian) and service (five years less, more than five years).At the end of the experiment, the two researchers came up with a set of conclusions, including that the teaching staff of the faculties of education at Mosul University compile the importance of most factors that contribute to raising their student's attainment level and consider it a top priority. The researchers recommended several recommendations and proposed similar future studies that reveal the correlation between attainment and other variables.
