Marriage exits that are forbidden to avoid domestic violence -A comparative study between Islamic law and the Iraqi personal status law-

There are many factors that lead to domestic violence, including marriage in which there is a lack of its elements or conditions, and thus lead to family disputes, so we chose models of these marriages, including: Misyar marriage, customary marriage, frand marriage, and tourist marriage, and we study them, then we show the side that is forbidden, Then we put several points to get out of what is forbidden, as it is tantamount to adjusting the path to amend family life and satisfy the Lord of the Worlds, as we shed light on the legal aspect and the opinion of the Fiqh Councils.
