academic perfection level among University professors

The current research aims to identify academic perfection level among University professors and to achieve the aims of the research the researcher adopted the measurement of the academic perfection of Hani (2019) . After confirming the validity and stability of the research tool it was applied to the sample members, which amounted to (200) University professors from Middle Technical University for the academic year (2022-2023). and after applying the research tool, the data were collected and analyzed statistically using the following statistical methods : Pearson correlation coefficient arithmetic mean and standard deviation . The researcher reached the results that showed that University professors have academic perfectionism.Based on these results, the researcher presented the following :Recommendations: exposure the professors of the university to Situations Contribute that are in the increase of confidence in the soul and Lack of interest of Evaluations of the other and count it of a motivated not an Obstacle .Suggestions: Study of the relationship the correlation between academic perfectionism and Each of : life satisfaction, negative social interactions, and self-criticism.
