Abstract

The Arabs knew wine in the past, those squeezed from grapes, dates and barley, and acted in their names and nicknames according to the color, degree of intoxication and the country from which they were brought. The wines are called poems that deal with the world of drink, starting with the wine and its descriptions, passing through its utensils and forms, and a return to its habitats and vineyards and a description of its councils and what it contains of misery and regret and singing and fun and rapture, and tracking its impact on the soul and its bears in the joints of the body, and what happens from it from ecstasy and vanity and what is happening in its councils of jokes and sects, rituals and rituals, and other things that made the wine poems or verses included in the poems of Arabic poetry on this subject occupy a prominent place in Arabic literature. This research deals with the image of wine, its colors, conditions and manifestations in the poetry of the Khalidians, and tries to reveal its minutes and the character of those who say it.
