Abstract
Education in the Umayyad state was an extend of what was there in beginning of Islam, and as a response for the updates appeared in that era, on the political, administrative and social level, the need was appeared for setting new centers for knowledge and modern systems of education, and started what is called formal supervision from the state on education.
