Abstract

This thesis deals with the study and investigation of (a commentary on the explanation of Al-Wiqayah) in Hanafi jurisprudence by Imam Al-Naksari, may God Almighty have mercy on him (d. 901 AH). Who wrote his commentary on the book (Explanation of Protection) by Sadr al-Sharia al-Asghar to clarify and explain what was brief and concise in it, and to open its closed words, so it was a key for the reader to understand the book, whether he was a beginner or advanced student. Or even from sheikhs and scholars, in addition to many benefits not mentioned in the long books, until it became a great, useful, concise treasure containing many pearls from many books. The book (A commentary on the explanation of Al-Wiqayah by Mawla Muhyi al-Din Muhammad Ibrahim bin Hassan al-Naksari) in its reality, In fact, it is an explanation of most of the jurisprudential issues mentioned in the explanation of protection from the issues of guidance, which require investigation, clarification, explanation and interpretation. So this footnote came to complete the intended meaning. It helps in knowing the meaning, and this commentary is distinguished by combining ease and difficulty, as it combines the opinions of the predecessors and the sayings of the latecomers. Al-Naksari undertook to explain the statements adopted in the Hanafi school of thought for some opinions, and to explain the statements relied upon in issuing fatwas by scholars of the school of thought. It is therefore a book of great importance and valuable benefits for students in this field.
