Abstract

The Current research aims defining the effect of solving problems Method in developing environmental Consciousness For Fourth Secondary Class pupils in Biology.To achieve the aim of research, a null hypo thesis was made. The researcher used experimental design of tow equivalent groups (i.e) experimental and Control The sample Consisted of (87) pupils with (42) in experimental and (45) in Control. The equivalence in both groups was done in variables such as (Biology grade in third inter Mediate Class, average, time age Measured in Months. Pre environmental Conscious Scale as well as the academic level of Parents). To achieve the aim of the research, the research, the researcher adopted a readymade Scale of (40) items to Measure environmental Conscious for Fourth Secondary Class Pupils. To Verify the tool it was Viewed by a number of experts to Verify its surface Validity and applied on pilot Sample to Know the Mechanism of its application on real Sample and Stabihty was extracted using test and re-test reaching (0.87) a good Stability Factor The experiment began at the First Semester of the gear 2012-2013 After treating data statistically using T-test of two independent samples, the results showed superiority of experimental, group over control group in environmental conscious.
