Abstract

The importance of the research lies in revealing the connotations of the root (h s b) in the Noble Quran, as the word may be mentioned in multiple contexts, so it has a signification in each context in which it appears different from its connotation in which it appears in another context. The research revealed the difference between arithmetic and arithmetic in the Noble Quran, as arithmetic indicates countless flowing counting, and the reward in the matter. While al-Hisbaan has only one meaning, which is the exact account, the word hesban is more accurate and precise in the chapter on counting than the word account. The work necessitated dividing the research into three axes: the first revealed the significance of the root (h s b) meaning conjecture, and the second revealed the significance of the root (h s b), meaning counting. The third dealt with the significance of the root (h s b) in the sense of sufficiency, as well as an introduction, a table of words, and a conclusion in which the most important results were mentioned.
