The Degree of innovative Leadership Practice Among Secondary School Principals in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah
Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the degree of innovative leadership practice among female secondary school principals in Al-Madinah Al-MunawwarahA descriptive survey method was utilized, and a questionnaire was employed as a data collection tool to achieve the objectives of the study. The study population consisted of all female secondary school teachers in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, totaling 3312 female teachers, and the study sample comprised 344 female teachers selected using simple random sampling.The study found several results, the most important of which are:The degree of innovative leadership practice was generally high across all dimensions. In addition, the results indicated that the dimension of authenticity ranked highest, followed by flexibility dimension, with problem sensitivity coming in third. Lastly, fluency was found to be the least practiced dimension of innovative leadership among female secondary school principals in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
