Decision Making by Kindergarten Headmasters According to Headmasters and Teachers Point of view

The present research aims to know the ability of kindergarten headmasters to take decision according to the administration principles in Ninava Government center 2010 - 2011 .
The researcher prepared two questionnaires consisted of 24 items for each . The validity was established . The reliability of the two questionnaires was 0.82 for headmasters Q and 0.78 for teachers Q .
T-test , Pearson coefficient , and probability means to analyze the results .
The results revealed that the headmasters have the ability to take decision . Also the results showed that there were no statistical significant differences between the mean scores of headmasters and teachers in evaluating the kindergarten headmasters in performing the administration work .
