Administrative empowerment of school principals in the Nineveh Governorate Center for physical education teachers from their point of view
Abstract
The study aimed to know the level of administrative empowerment of physical education teachers by their school administrations from their point of view. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of two parts, the construction sample, which numbered (112), and the application sample, which numbered (45) teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the A tool to measure the level of administrative empowerment that was built by the researcher after the scientific conditions for the scale were met. The scale included (39) items distributed over (6) dimensions. The most important conclusions were the validity of the administrative empowerment scale for physical education teachers, as their level of administrative empowerment was generally at a very high level. The researcher recommends adopting the measure of administrative empowerment for physical education teachers for other similar studies concerned with the same field, maintaining the level of administrative empowerment for physical education teachers, and enhancing it by organizing training sessions for school administrations and teachers to give them a culture of administrative empowerment and building leaders.
