Agile management in football clubs participating in the Iraqi Premier League for the season (2022-2023)from the players’ point of view

The search aim to:1. . Preparing a questionnaire for agile management in sports clubs from the players point of view.2. Identifying the level of dimensions and factors of lean management among the club teams participating in the Iraqi Premier LeagueThe research sample was selected by comprehensive enumeration of football club players participating in the Iraqi Premier League for the season (2022-2023), and the research community was distributed among three samples, each of which was chosen randomly, as the sample of the initial reconnaissance application included (10) players, The sample to verify the internal consistency and stability of the tool included (100) players, and (20%) of the research community for the application sample, which consisted of (80) players. In collecting data, an agile management questionnaire was prepared and verified for its validity and reliability, and in processing the data statistically, it was done. Using the arithmetic mean and percentage, the researcher concluded the following:1. Clubs provide incentives to players at an average level, so the club chose the appropriate time to provide incentives and provide opportunities for creativity and development at an average level, while the club management rewarded the players, provided them with financial incentives, and accepted the players suggestions by the management at a low level.2. The coaches of the Iraqi Premier League football clubs have a high level of improving training processes and resolving conflicts between players, and the club administrations also have a very high level of positive communication with the players.
