Abstract

The study aims to:
_ Preparing an organizational readiness questionnaire for the administrative body of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
_ Identifying the level of organizational readiness of the administrative body of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
_ Identifying the level of organizational confidence of the administrative body of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
_ Identifying the relationship between organizational readiness and organizational confidence of the administrative body of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
The researchers used the descriptive approach using the correlational method for its suitability and the nature of the research, as it included all employees in the youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul, which number (8) forums, and they represent a percentage (100%) of the research community, and these forums are distributed on both sides of the city of Mosul, (3) Forums on the right side, and (5) forums on the left side. The number of employees for these forums reached (150) employees, distributed among the exploratory experiment sample with (12) employees, with a percentage of (8%), and the population sample with (80) employees, with a percentage of (53). 34% of the research sample, in addition to (58) employees for the application sample, representing (38.66%) of the research sample. The data using the statistical package (SPSS), and the researchers reached the following conclusions
