Abstract

Original in all bank financing contracts and especially the contract of credit for an overdraft. They are built and established on personal considerations, in the sense that they are based on trust, that is, the trust of the bank in its client. However, the amount of this trust varies from one transaction to another according to their circumstances and nature. In view of the change in the standard of trust, the bank generally requires the person requesting the credit to provide him/her with guarantees to grant him/her credit for an overdraft to be implemented by the bank or use the case of the customer's delay or failure to pay.
