Abstract

Guarantees of the implementation of the judicial decision issued to cancel the administrative decision of the important issues, especially as it was designed to force the administration to implement the sentence against them, including a cancellation, because the administration sometimes refuses or delays or impedes the implementation of this judgment, and therefore found these guarantees to urge and compel the administration On implementation. These guarantees are divided into two parts which are either amicable guarantees for the implementation of the cancellation rule or that they are unfriendly guarantees for the implementation of the cancellation rule. The unfriendly guarantees include the judicial order issued by the administrative judge to direct the administration to execute and also the threatening fine as a material and threatening means to force the administration to execute
