Abstract
Our research dealt with the responsibility of the non-intentional doctor for IVF. IVF is one of the important means that helps solve some problems of infertility in the couple, which helps to their right to form a family. The external industrial vaccination is a medical work that requires certain conditions. These conditions fail to determine the legitimacy of this process and to achieve the responsibility of the criminal doctor in case of full availability of staff.
