Abstract

The concept of characterstic performance is used to determine the applicable law in cases where there is no express or implied agreement about the law applicable to the contract in the event of a dispute between the parties, . Perhaps the reason for this is the lack of required legal experience at the time of drafting the contract, and therefore many international agreements have dealt with these situations. are based on a number of cross-references, among which is the distinguished performance officer.
