Abstract

We aim in our research under the title Genetic treatment techniques in the light of human body sanctity principle at demonstrating what is genetic treatment and shedding light upon the importance of this technique as new way of treatment depends on producing medication molecules relating to the new technique. This technique is one of genetic heredity practices, human is born with a group of features and diseases borne on genes. These genes are responsible of human's shape and function features necessary for the body survival. In addition showing the extent to which this technique is legitimate, and how it harms human body sanctity principle which positive laws provided for in order to work out to the guaranteed ways (methods) to take advantage of this advanced technique in serving humankind under controls which guarantee human protection from harm except in what protect human body from diseases. In the light of this, we divided the research into three major studies, the first part relates to what is the genetic treatment, the second study concerns the principle of human body sanctity and the legitimacy of genetic treatment, while the third part deals with the lawful adjustment for genetic treatment techniques and the opinion of law about genetic medication. .
