Collective insurance contract
Abstract
There was a need to find a way for people to cope with the dangers they face individually or in groups. One of the methods they adopted was insurance, which became a concomitant of all aspects of human activity, where it provides protection for individuals from the risk of being exposed to it. Hence, the importance of insurance has emerged. As insurance is based on two aspects, no less than the other in terms of importance, namely the legal side and the technical aspect, the insurance is based on cooperation between the insured to mitigate the effects of realizing the insured risk against him through the distribution of these effects on the total of the insured, each of which contributes to the risk of the proportion of the premium in the joint balance, which is the total of these premiums deposited with the insured , and the collective insurance contract does not come out of this range.
