The contract state which concluding between a state & foreign persons, have great importance in modern business & economical affairs for state. The foreign persons frighten frome the delay of laws & legal disorders in especially developing states . so its trying to attract this highly funds contracts from domestic law into international law to attain more & more legal safeguarding on face the internal legislator . in thes research I deal with question related by application the rules of international law on state contract & its disputes about it. .
