Abstract
Recent discoveries have shown that the science of medicine has transcended the boundaries of traditional medical work so that it has entered into the treatment of chronic and intractable diseases and thus saved thousands of people from death. The reason for this medical development is due to the discovered means which constitute the summary of the progress of the medical and biological sciences. These modern methods have opened up a new area for law researchers to explore the details of these issues and put into practice problems not dealt with by the Iraqi legislator.
