The parallel procedure of the Iraqi Civil Procedure Law A Comparative Study

The equivalent procedure regards the alternative or reserve procedural work for the original procedural work, realize the same intention which realizing by the last one. Although from its existence in the folds of law, but the jurisprudence and law didnt dealing with this idea with the researching and organizing, the equivalent may be between the procedures or between the laws itself, and it aims to realize the correct and prompt judging, and decreasing from abolition and roaring, the equivalent procedure has many applications in the Iraqi law such as: represent on another, the judicial notification, spatial specialty, etc.
