لجان الحقیقة کآلیه لإعمال الحق فی معرفة الحقیقة

الملخص
تعد لجان الحقیقة احدى اهم الآلیات التی استخدمت فی مرحلة العدالة الانتقالیة من اجل تحقیق العدید من اهداف هذه المرحلة, وقد تنوعت تجارب هذه اللجان وحسب خصوصیة کل دولة فهناک عشرات الدول التی لجأت الى استخدام آلیه لجان الحقیقة. وتهدف هذه اللجان بصورة رئیسة الى کشف حقیقة ما وقع من انتهاکات لحقوق الإنسان, وهو ما یعد الاساس الذی یتم عبره تفعیل حق الانتصاف وجبر الضرر وتحمیل المسؤولیة وتحقیق المصالحة، ولعبت لجان الحقیقة دوراً هاماً فی العدید من التجارب فی إعمال الحق فی معرفة الحقیقة ولکن هناک العدید من العراقیل والصعوبات التی واجهت هذه اللجان مما ترک اثراً على مدى فاعلیة هذه اللجان فی تفعیل الحق فی معرفة الحقیقة سواء بذاته او بما یترتب علیه من اثار.
