یهدف هذا البحث إلى تحدید الوسیلة المناسبة والملائمة لقدرات وقابلیات المعوّق بکلتا یدیه لمساعدته على إبرام العقد الالکترونی الذی یتمیز بخصوصیة الوسائل المستخدمة فی تکوینه، تلک الوسائل التی تمتاز بسمات فنیة خاصة صممت لکی یستخدمها بالاصل الأشخاص الاسویاء غیر المصابین بعوق
