الازمات المالیة العالمیة اسبابها وسبل تجنبها
الملخص
لقد بدأ العالم ومنذ بدایة السبعینیات من القرن الماضی یشهد العدید من الا زمات المالیة لقد شهد العالم ازمات محلیة واخرى اقلیمیة رمت بظلالها على العدید من الاقتصادیات کبیرها وصغیرها واصابت بالذعر العدید من الساسة ورجال الاعمال . وتعرف الازمة المالیة بانها حدث غیر متوقع ولایمکن التکهن به یصیب الاقتصاد الکلی بالهشاشة ویصاحبه انخفاض کبیر فی قیمة العملة الوطنیة والاحتیاطیات من العملة الاجنبیة وتوسیع کبیر فی حجم القروض الاجنبیة لایتسع معه الجهاز المالی للدولة من القیام بمهامه الاساسیة . وللازمات المالیة العدید من الاسباب لعل من ابرزها هو بروز اقتصادیات العرض فی مقابل اقتصادیات الطلب وسوء السیاسات المالیة والنقدیة وضعف الرقابة الحکومیة والفائدة المتصاعدة على الدیون . ویرى العدید من المفکرین والباحثین انه بالرجوع الى القران الکریم وتطبیق احکامه یمکن التجنب من الوقوع فی الازمات المالیة خاصة اذ علمنا ان المصارف الاسلامیة کانت اقل تأثراً من غیرها بالازمات المالیة العالمیة
