الملخص

تعد جائحة فیـروس کـورونا من الأمراض الخطیرة التی أثرت بشکل کبیر على العلاقات القانونیة على مستوى العالم,  بالذات بعد إعلان الدول غلق الحدود فیما بینها, مما تسبب فی انقطاع العلاقات  وتوقف المصالح,  وأثر ذلک بشکل خاص على العلاقات الخاصة الدولیة فیما یتعلق بقبول الأجنبی، دخوله واقامته وخروجه من وإلى أراضی الدول، فکثیر من الدول منعت دخول الأجانب إلى أراضیها, ومنها ما فرضت قیوداً على هذا الدخول وفقاً لإجراءات وتدابیر احترازیة تم اتخاذها، فضلاً عن إبعاد الأجانب من أراضی دول أخرى، وتباین الموقف الدولی فی هذا الشأن ما بین دول راعت المبادئ الانسانیة التی تقر بها الدساتیر والمواثیق والاتفاقیات الدولیة، ودول أخرى کانت دون المستوى المطلوب فی معاملة الأجنبی المصاب بفیروس کورونا.
