الآلیات الدولیة لمکافحة الاتجار غیر المشروع بالمخدرات

الملخص
من اجل تعاون دولی واستراتیجیة متکاملة ومتوازنة لمواجهة ظاهرة الاتجار غیر المشروع بالمخدرات وبروح المسؤولیة المشترکة، ازداد عدد البلدان التی اتخذت خطوات ملموسة صوب تعزیز قدراتها الوطنیة على مراقبة المخدرات امتثالاً للآلیات الدولیة التی وضعتها ونظمتها الاتفاقیات الدولیة، والتی تحدد المتطلبات الدنیا اللازمة لضمان توافر المواد الخاضعة للمراقبة الدولیة للأغراض الطبیة والعلمیة ومنع تسریبها الى قنوات غیر مشروعة وقد اسهم تنفیذ الحکومات لهذه الاتفاقیات الى منع تسریبها وایقافها بشکل شبه کامل.
