Lawsuit illegal competition in private international law
Abstract
The issue of unfair competition lawsuit, which enables competition who encountered acts of unfair competition to get a way to preserve their competition postions and reputatior, brought the attention to the international level, and did not get much attention in the field of legal regulation in the light of domestic laws like the Iraqi law, which is not compatible with its importance in the field of protection of rights which belong to what is modern in science and technology and its effect in the scope of private international law, particularly with respect to differences in the verdict in the issue of determining the applicable law and the court specialized in disputes relating to such proceedings and of what its nature has the effect of fixing it as well about what international conventions brought and have death with such an issue, especially the trips agreement . .
