دور اللجنة الدولية للصليب الاحمر في تحقيق الأمن الإنساني

الملخص

تُعد النزاعات المسلحة من أبرز الاسباب التي تتطلب تحقيق الأمن الانساني لما تخلفه من آثار على المجتمعات المتضررة والتي هي الاخرى في حالة اقتصادية متدنية بحكم حالة النزاع التي شهدتها, وتعمل اللجنة الدولية في هذا السياق عبر أنشطة متنوعة تقدمها لتلك المجتمعات, فأصبحت في الوقت الراهن تشارك في تحقيق الأمن الانساني عبر أنشطة وحدة الأمن الاقتصادي والبرامج الصحية المتنوعة, فضلاً عن انشطة إعادة الروابط العائلية وبرامج مرافقة اسر المفقودين, وخدمات البحث عن المفقودين واعادة التأهيل النفسي والبدني والاستجابة لضحايا العنف الجنسي وظاهرة الوصم او النبذ لهذه الفئة, فضلاً عن جهودها في مجال الحفاظ على البيئة وازالة المخلفات الحربية في المناطق المتضررة, وما تقدمه في مجال إعادة اعمار المناطق المتضررة والبنية التحتية, ما يعكس حقيقة واهمية دور اللجنة في تحقيق عناصر الامن الانساني في اطار امكانيتها والتفويض الممنوح لها, ومن ثم القول بوجود دور مهم للجنة الدولية في تحقيق الامن الانساني وعلى وجه الخصوص في المناطق المتضررة من النزاعات.
