الملخص
یشهد العالم بعد التطور الکبیر فی مختلف مظاهر المدنیة الحدیثة، تزایدا مطردا للعلاقات الخاصة الدولیة بین رعایا الدول المختلفة، وبتنوع مظاهر المدنیة الحدیثة، تتنوع أنماط العلاقات الخاصة الدولیة التی تتم عبر الحدود، وکثرة العلاقات الخاصة الدولیة، تثیر حتما تنازعا بین قوانین هذه الدول، ومن المسائل التی تثیر التنازع، الأضرار الناجمة عن حوادث السیارات التی تصیب الأشخاص، فی الحالات التی یکون أحد أطرافها أجنبیا
